Any information you contribute to this website, Adam Mulholland .com, is your content. I take no presumptive ownership of your content to include comments. If you wish to have them removed then please feel free to email me and I will be happy to assist. In some cases, your content will be the crux of a valid discussion. Deleting points along the way of that discussion makes it very difficult for the rest to exist. In these rare cases, I will remove self-identification and change enough text to keep the conversation in tact. In the overwhelming majority of times this has happened I simply have deleted the comment without issue. All I ask is for a small understanding if we happen to find ourselves in this situation.
In addition to removing comments or content, if a deletion or change is requested then I reserve the right to terminate any and all content that you have created. Such occasions could exist over a simple disagreement, prior claim to copyright, or other factors that could potential harm AdamMulholland.com. Sometimes it happens and I want to make sure you know that I don’t want your content if you don’t want it here. I have no plans to sell or use your content to profit from it unless I have paid you for your writing contributions. This is an agreement done of front so there is no surprises. I hope to work with everyone the best I can to make sure we have the very best content.
I have no interest in selling your content or information to a third-party such as advertisers or marketing firms.I do not work with marketing companies, sell email lists, or send you spam just because I have your name or email address. All email sent will be in the newsletter if you signed up or if you subscribed to a post. Your information is yours and I claim no ownership of it. If by chance I do send a mass email, it will be for good reason. If you have a concern about how your information is used please feel free to email me at [email protected] and ask. I would be happy to help explain.
This website uses SSL and secure platforms for eCommerce which help to mitigate any issues. This covers using PayPal, Stripe and even bitcoin for payment services. I try my very best to keep everything secure so there is no exposure. I would never hesitate to notify everyone is there is a breach. I try to avoid this from happening by attaining the very least amount of personal identification. If there is something that you think is unneeded to complete a sale in our store or something in your profile please let me know so I can correct it.
I live by my own motto, “Don’t be a dick”. It’s the simplest way of keeping myself in check and if that is offensive then so be it. I think it’s important to add because it is a defining quality that I try my very best to strive for each day. I have lived this for 20+ years in the U.S. Air Force and there is no reason that I can think of to change that.
If you have questions about privacy that I have not covered here please feel free to contact me at anytime so I can help explain or resolve any issues.
