Corporate Identity & Branding can be an interesting topic and something that I have found many companies struggle to do because it costs too much, or there isn’t enough time. Getting this area correct can make a huge difference. Think about the big brands you can think of and why you remember them. They were really good at this if you do remember the name and products the sell.

Corporate Identity was probably my favorite class while completing my B.F.A. and I have applied the practice to all of my website to the best of my abilities. Corporate Identity is consistently representing your business using text, audio, or visual cues that relate together. Basically, if I went to a business’s website and then to their social pages, would I be able to tell right away that they match or have a consistent look? That is what I try to bring to the table in every project I am involved with.

Branding on the other hand is promoting a product or service on top of using the identity. A large corporation may have multiple products to sell and therefore need a consistent look that in some cases leverages both the identity of the business with the branding of it’s product.

Earning Google Adsense Money From Any Niche

Adsense can be used on any type of blog except for ones that have gambling, adult content, or anything illegal. It's a straightforward ad revenue stream that Google has banked everything on. I think we can all agree that they have been highly successful in this area for the past 17'ish years. They outline all of their terms here in case you want something to read before bed. Before we break things down we should probably talk about ad blockers. They

How Answers Go Viral On Quora

Are you on Quora? I certainly am but not each day. The churn there can really drive me crazy. My writing competitors in my niche consistently merge my answers so I get less views and the questions become a repeat. Like Yahoo Answers, the same question will be asked a thousand times and those meam that old questions can have answers from 2011 or from yesterday. So how do you get seen on Quora? It's both some guesses and some

Understanding The True Impacts Of Engagement

Engagement is one of the hardest things to achieve. That statement probably goes without saying if you are reading this post. I churn through social media accounts day in and day out as best as I can to make headway in likes and traffic. I have a small team that helps me along the way when needed. That certainly does improve things, but most people don't have connections to just bring in some help.I have spent years learning each social

Things Needed To Podcast & Getting Advertisers

Running the AM Podcast Network gave me a lot of insight into the world of podcasting and the desire that so many have that step up to the microphone to cash in on the media. I don't blame them for putting the cart before the horse, but too many lose sight even before they get a couple episodes out. Money is always enticing to everyone I have ever met and I don't see that changing anytime soon.I want to separate these

Adding Ads To Your Website Without Looking Terrible

The reality is that ads are not native to the internet, and those that appear to be, are not honest content. I am referring to native advertisements, advertorials, or other names which are really just paid propaganda. Look, I get that running a website costs money but that's not why the internet was researched and developed. Marketing ruined much of our online experience and after the first check was written we just accepted that ads were normal.I always tell people

Local SEO & B2B Website Services In Angeles City

If you know and understand SEO then you will see by the title alone that I am tracking a specific phrase for our new transition (moving) here in Angeles City, Philippines. We are still in "hotel mode" but this time gives me something to chew on that I hadn't considered until I needed to search for a hotel. I had planned on only focusing on my 3 websites and not to search out for other opportunities...until now.I had planned on

The State of Podcasting In 2017

What is the state of podcasting? That is a very large question and one that is constantly discussed all over the internet. There are many considerations that go into a true picture of what is to come. Areas like location, genre, levels of production, and what listeners want to hear can be so sensitive to change. My goal is to try to discuss this in several parts and covering where it has been and where we are headed. Of course, this is an opinion

A Cool & Catchy Name For A Personal Blog

Name your blog before reading anything. Go ahead and do it right now! No, no, no...hold on, let's not do it that way. Some of the readers might be able to come up with the perfect name on the spot. Others will struggle with it for a long time and there is no right time to brainstorm. There is no expected time to come up with the perfect domain that all your readers will want to remember and visit. When

How Do You Promote An App Or Company Without Connections

If you are a new startup in Silicon Valley or working out of your garage and hoping to make it big then you better have a lot of hustle in you. Google’s Participation In The Podcast Medium

Google has finally followed suit this year, and joined Apple in the podcast directory world. Why not? After all it's even more data collection for their servers. This may even have amazing impacts on shows that didn't have a way to expand and rise on the iTunes platform like the pro's. Perhaps we will see new shows finally catch a break, or maybe it will just be another Android app in the Google Play store. Even though it's been months now, we

Convincing Friends & Family Your Passion Is Greater Than Money

I can answer this with a couple of personal stories that are relatable. Someone asked this a few months back on Quora and I wanted to expand on it more and have some fun going through some of the best times in my life. I am a lucky dude by all accounts, but I am surrounded by people who love structure, money, or have no clue on what they would do with freedom to do what they like. It's mind boggling to me,

Should You Create A Podcast Jingle, Or Just Buy One

Before we jump right into the in's and out's of adding some cool royalty-free music to your intros, I want to point out that there are many ways to edit and improve your episodes. You can start by having good equipment, working on tighter scripts, or even polishing the audio levels in Audacity. This piece of a podcast or even a video makes a difference, but not an overwhelming piece of the puzzle. This topic is geared towards the end process and

My SEO In the Past & My SEO Approach Now

I think this conversation can be beneficial for many people, and for others, a walk down memory lane. Time and knowledge has been collected through the years by large companies and absolutely changed how we rank in organic search each day. There are hundreds of companies collecting our information for the purpose of targeting us to buy something based on out profile. I particularly hate these companies and they know this which is why they don't promote themselves publicly. With

Is Squarespace Right for Podcasts?

We hear about them everywhere we seek entertainment from. It seems that every YouTube channel or podcast show is sponsored by Squarespace or Audible. Why is this? I used to scratch my head in trying to understand why this is and I quickly realized that this is not what it seems. My gut says that they probably open the gates for everyone to join their affiliate program and pay for only the leads that each affiliate sends their way. Simply

Where To Find Blog Writers To Hire For Content Creation

There are plenty of people around the world that know content is the foundation of their online presence. Without it we are nothing online. If nothing else, it truly separates companies that focus on pushing sales copy and wait for sales from those that publish quality content. People want to read and share great information in all mediums, and it helps to build a relationship between you and them. If you just happened to stumble onto this post, you may
