Amazingly enough each birthday is celebrated with friends, family, and loads of ecards. However, depending on your state, your birthday also comes with renewing your vehicle registration. So I get gifts then I give the gifts to my county in which I receive nothing in return for my payment. For those that know me you can understand I might have a frustration with this particular agency. Tomorrow is my birthday and I will have to move the numbers up by one to make 30 this year. For 30 I am one incredible man though, so you ladies don’t forget that. I can count, brush my teeth, walk and chew gum, and build websites (adult/non-adult depending on what you are looking for in your man). Continue reading

Black People Can’t Swim
I was enjoying my daily dose of Yahoo News this evening only to learn that black people can’t swim, or at least 60% of them can’t. The big plan is to target inner city kids and start teaching them how to swim. I think this is a great opportunity to reach them before a tsunami hits the inner city or pool purchases in the apartment complexes shoot through the roof. I know last time I walked through Atlanta or NYC, I had come close to drowning in the pool just off the patch of a shopping center. It was close but luckily there were white kids there to save me. If I remember correctly there were 5 of them and all 5 jumped in to save me. Continue reading
Fixing Fuel Cost – Build Better Cars
Fuel costs are high, and people don’t know what to do. We have our answers from our politicians and that’s either to stop taxing fuel through the summer or to get better gas mileage cars in the production. This is great but where is it going to help anyone in middle America? Of course everyone is up in arms, who wants to pay $60-$100 for a fill up? Who wants to spend the first 2 hours at work to pay for going to work? Who’s got two thumbs and answered not me to the first two questions? This guy.
So I can either save a few pennies per gallon or take out another loan for about $20K-$30K to buy a new vehicle and save money. These options sound completely insane to me. Why would I spend $20K on a new car just to save $1K-$5K on gas for a few years? This is the America I live in. We have no real answers or real solutions to real problems we face. Everyday I have the pleasure to read the junk that comes from our politicians. I am taxed, and of course re-taxed to buy thing. Why is my paycheck taxed so much? Why do Democrats want to raise taxes? Ahhh, I know…because everyone that makes these decisions make so much more than me. Continue reading
How Dare Battlestar Galactica Break Up With Me
If there is one thing that frakkin pisses me off more than accidentally pissing the bed half way into an erotic dream, is when TV shows break up with me instead of the other way around. I mean how dare they, how could they, and who the frak do they think they are? They can’t just rip Athena/Boomer from my retinas and think I won’t notice. Sure you might say ,”Easy dude, they are on DVD.” I say it’s not good enough and they should do way better than that homosexual show “Friends”. I mean a hot asian in space, bombs and bullets, and it’s in space. How awesome is that? Completely awesome to help you answer. Continue reading
That White Guy Barack Has a Chance
This year’s Presidential race is interesting to say the least. What were the odds of having a young white guy, an old white guy, and a woman running for that one seat? Normally we as Americans have always choosen an older white male for our President. Now we have youth and a woman competing. Perhaps 2008 will be the changing tide. I don’t know how many people enjoy Opie and Anthony, but in the way that they regard Hiliary Clinton is the same as I do. I think to date, Beatrice Oneil had it right as he said,”She is the worst speaker ever, she is so fake”. So in my opinion it is not that women don’t have a place as President, but rather, that particular woman. She is one of the worst choices the gender could be putting up. Continue reading
Wikipedia and Me
Wikipedia and I need to have a talk. Well, maybe a write off or something. If I could write something to Wikipedia as a whole it would be something like this:
Dear Wikipedia,
You’re special in many ways, but you’re not complete. You are missing me. I know, I know…I am not a rockstar, a pornstar, a mass murderer, Hollywood filmstar, heck I am not even a kid’s show host. I only ask that one day you consider me as a page. I am just a normal guy. I have some children, and I have some websites. I haven’t done anything too special in my life but I can make people smile and laugh. You have around 1.8Mil pages in yourself, and what would be one more about me? Perhaps you could just say a couple things about me like I am handsome, or I am above average in my IQ. I yearn for you to write about me and my life.
Signed,
Desperately seeking Attention Continue reading
Wal-Mart and Covert Name Brand Competition
As I walked the giant mall-like Wal-Mart with my family this evening we found our way to the food section where the giant retailer does it down and dirty competition against well established name brands. Though I know many realize this trickery that Wally world uses, some still don’t see it. Let’s face it, Sam Walden’s dream takes a PR beaten from the media and groups fighting against the system that employs 10′s of thousands across the United States. One thing that they don’t get recognized for is the way they out price same-like products that helped them to get into the huge position they have come to enjoy. Continue reading
Free Advertising in America
These days advertising isn’t limited to anything or even anyone. You can actually get paid to tattoo an advertisement onto your body. The world is ad crazy and we are only getting into the 21st Century. The 20th Century was known as the Industrial Age/Information Age so will it be possible the 21st Century will be the Advertisement Age? With the dollar being the trade for the word on a product and why you should buy it, it astounds me that people are still willing to promote for free. Continue reading
Peacock Effect
Often I spend time in my neighborhood seeing activities take place from the kids hanging out to random shootings. My neighborhood is distant from what I grew up knowing. In many ways it has directly affected the way I look at the world from an all color world to a world of black. When I came to my neighborhood I found a house I wanted to buy and settle into. I didn’t know the people yet, I didn’t understand the social dynamics. I grew up in New England where race itself is mutual in the way people are treated, respected, and live with each other. I didn’t view one color from another differently. Continue reading
Great…Ads Take Over My Monitor
I am a surfaholic, or a web-connoisseur, if you will from anything dealing with news all the way into dabbling in exotic websites created for men. I say this because I frak’in (also a huge BSG fan) can’t get enough of basking in the light rays emitted from my monitor. Recently I have felt a little irritated though as I surf websites I frequent, and have come to love and bookmark. It’s this stuff called ads, and I know you are very familiar with them also. I dealt with pop-ups, pop-unders, Google Adsense, and all the others that are just dying for my clicks so some webmaster can get paid $.02 per click and if we just talk adsense it’s probably lower than that.
