The problem is gas prices. Maybe the oil companies should donate some of their profits to all the states that are in need of money for disaster relief. The Red Cross is broke and getting bank loans to help people while the oil companies are making huge profits. Maybe the profits will drop now that so many have no homes or cars to purchase fuel for.
