This year’s Presidential race is interesting to say the least. What were the odds of having a young white guy, an old white guy, and a woman running for that one seat? Normally we as Americans have always choosen an older white male for our President. Now we have youth and a woman competing. Perhaps 2008 will be the changing tide. I don’t know how many people enjoy Opie and Anthony, but in the way that they regard Hiliary Clinton is the same as I do. I think to date, Beatrice Oneil had it right as he said,”She is the worst speaker ever, she is so fake”. So in my opinion it is not that women don’t have a place as President, but rather, that particular woman. She is one of the worst choices the gender could be putting up.

So this is about Obama and not the plastic 60 year old lady that cries when it’s needed, and not when it can’t be stopped. Obama is the only real chance the Democrats have this year. Not just becuase he is white but also becuase is young. McCain has a lot he will have to contend with. A lot of people don’t want the same republican that Bush is. McCain is also old, and set in his ways. He is bland white, where Obama is spicy white with a hint of Kenyan, and the dash of culture from Indonesia. That’s kind of exotic, but is regular America actually ready for that. Sure NYC and Los Angeles is, hell they are up for really anything to include bi-polar lesbian born into an inbreed family living amonsgt the impovershed bayous of LA running for Governor. Thats for another blog though.

The only thing I can see holding him back is black America not excepting him for being white but I firmly believe thus far people are taking a positive interest in him and disregarding his skin color. Barack stands for some great causes, and he brings a lot of energy to many people even if there is no reason behind it. America needs someone to drive us as we haven’t a clue where we are going. This is our answer to what we have been looking for for the last 8 years.

To me being whatever color your skin represents you as makes no difference. I am tolerable to almost anything except eskimos. With people like Al Sharpenton and Jesse Jackson, you can’t help to be fired up and using racial epithets (Anthony Cumia taught me that word). These people intice you to use words and language so you can become famous, start a march, or just a big media patry in your city. They are almost the racial version of Nickelodeon bringing a party to your town, but it’s all based on color instead of fun.

Well Mr. Obama, you have a strong chance this year and are basically garenteed the Democratic Party, unless you get a mysterious knock on your door from Monica Lewinski compliments of Bill (wink, wink). Short of that he is a shoe in and I think he has the right attitude. So I say we put gender aside and let the two white gentlemen duke it out for the Oval Office.

Unlike Halle Berry, Barack is white since one of his parents are white. Unlike the rest of America that makes him black becuase he has one black parent, I am going to choose the other road instead. It’s America that perpetuates skin color as an issues and those that make money from it. People and the media alike insist on calling Barack black, muslim, elitist, ethusiastic, and any other misleading term but instead rejects saying he is white. Where will the confusion end. Sure it’s popular to go around and say your black, but I don’t say I am for the popularity and neither should he. To me, his failure of accepting who he is will be the end of his potential and not his failure to produce a plan to end the Iraq War, or his tax hike plan.
